Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at the time of checkout and are based on order value and delivery location. These charges will be clearly indicated on the checkout page prior to payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- Product orders may be cancelled by the customer prior to dispatch/shipment. Once the order is shipped, cancellation shall not be permitted.
b. No cancellation charges will apply if the cancellation is made in accordance with this clause.
2. Company-Initiated Cancellations
Prezo reserves the right to cancel any order under the following (including but not limited to) circumstances:
- Non-availability of product or inventory constraints;
- Errors in pricing or product information;
- Orders suspected of being placed for commercial resale or bulk procurement;
- Multiple orders for the same product to the same address;
- Invalid or unverifiable delivery information.
No charges shall be levied on such cancellations. Refunds for cancelled orders shall be processed as per Clause 3 of this policy.
