Cancellation & Refund Policy

Walpay Technologies Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”), is the sole owner and operator of the Prezo platform, accessible via the mobile application and the website https://prezonow.com (collectively referred to as “Prezo”). The Company endeavors to ensure that all products sold and delivered through Prezo are of high quality, in proper condition, and in accordance with the customer’s order. However, in the event of any issues, the following Return, Refund, Cancellation, and Shipping Policy shall apply.

1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Policy:

  • “Return” refers to the process initiated by the customer to return a product purchased from Prezo.
  • “Refund” refers to the return of payment made by the customer for a product, subject to eligibility and conditions outlined herein.
  • “Customer” refers to the individual or entity placing the order via the Prezo platform.

Returns may be initiated under the following circumstances:
a. Product(s) delivered do not correspond to the items ordered;
b. Product(s) received are near expiry (defined as having less than three (3) months of shelf life) or expired;
c. Product(s) are delivered in a damaged condition, or show signs of tampering at the time of delivery.

Important: Products with tampered packaging should not be accepted at the time of delivery. If damage or discrepancy is discovered post-delivery, the customer must initiate a return request as per the procedure outlined below.

2. RETURN POLICY

2.1 Return requests must be initiated within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.
2.2 Return eligibility is subject to verification and approval by Prezo, based on an assessment of the product condition, invoice details, and reason for return.
2.3 Products must be returned in their original manufacturer’s packaging, including all tags, labels, barcodes, and invoices.
2.4 The following conditions will render a product ineligible for return:

  • Product has been partially used or consumed;
  • Product batch number does not match the invoice;
  • Product return request is due to a change in prescription or incorrect ordering by the customer;
  • Product falls under the category of non-returnable items (as defined in Section 4).

Prezo reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions or are found to be frivolous or fraudulent.

3. REFUND POLICY

3.1 Refunds will be processed only upon successful return of the product and after validation by Prezo or its authorized representatives.
3.2 Refunds shall be credited using the original method of payment, or in the case of cash on delivery (COD) orders, via bank transfer.
3.3 Refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days from the date of reverse pickup or return approval, whichever is later.

4. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following categories of products shall be deemed non-returnable and are exempt from the return policy:

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
  1. Product orders may be cancelled by the customer prior to dispatch/shipment. Once the order is shipped, cancellation shall not be permitted.
    b. No cancellation charges will apply if the cancellation is made in accordance with this clause.
2. Company-Initiated Cancellations

Prezo reserves the right to cancel any order under the following (including but not limited to) circumstances:

  • Non-availability of product or inventory constraints;
  • Errors in pricing or product information;
  • Orders suspected of being placed for commercial resale or bulk procurement;
  • Multiple orders for the same product to the same address;
  • Invalid or unverifiable delivery information.

No charges shall be levied on such cancellations. Refunds for cancelled orders shall be processed as per Clause 3 of this policy.
