CKB Medical Center(hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is the sole owner and operator of thePrezoplatform, accessible via the mobile application and the website https://prezonow.com (collectively referred to as “Prezo”).

Prezo

Refers to the online quick commerce platform owned and operated by CKB Medical Center, a retail pharmacy duly licensed under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and governed by the applicable laws in the State of Karnataka, in technology partnership with Walpay Technologies Private Limited , a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India and having its registered office at No.108, Duo Harmony, Suranjandas Road, Indiranagar, Bangalore, Karnataka – 560038. The Platform enables users to access instant delivery of pharmaceutical products and other consumer goods through its mobile application and the official website at https://prezonow.com.

User or You
Refers to any natural person who accesses or uses the Prezo mobile application, website, or services offered by the Company.

2. WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

Prezo collects various categories of data from users, as reasonably necessary to provide, personalize, and enhance the services offered through its platform.

The categories of data collected, including but not limited to those listed below, may be collected during account registration, order placement, interactions with the Platform, or through service-related communications: 

  • Contact Information: full name, email address, mobile phone number, delivery address and PIN code, city, state, and country of residence, emergency contact details (if required for specific services)
  • Financial Information: payment method details, billing information and transaction history, order value, mode of payment, refunds/returns information, spending patterns, preferences, and wallet or reward balances (if applicable)

    Note: Prezo does not store or retain complete payment card information. All transactions are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.

  • Technical and Device Information: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, unique device identifiers, login timestamps and usage logs, geolocation data (with user consent), cookies, pixels, SDKs, and other tracking technologies used for analytics and performance
  • Transaction and Order Information: order ID, product details, date and time of order, type and quantity of items purchased (e.g., medicines, consumer products), status of payment and delivery, order preferences and reorder frequency
  • Health and Prescription-Related Information: details of medicines ordered, including prescription-based drugs, uploads of prescriptions, including those containing patient data and doctor information, health declarations and treatment information as disclosed during medicine orders, medical history, if voluntarily submitted or inferred for compliance with regulatory requirements, diagnostic or test results (only if applicable through partner services)
  • Product and Service Interaction Data: Account registration and preferences, browsing behavior on the app or website, ratings, reviews, and feedback on products or delivery experience, survey responses, customer service communications, and support tickets
  • Personal Identifiers and Demographics: date of birth, age, gender, marital status, government-issued ID details (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, for KYC or prescription validation), occupation, income range (if disclosed), nationality and any other voluntarily submitted data
  • Program Participation and Loyalty Information: loyalty program participation (if applicable), referral program participation and referral codes used, account login and authentication credentials, including passwords (stored securely), engagement with promotional offers, coupons, or discount codes

  • Location – To show product availability near you.
  • Camera – For uploading prescription photos.
  • Photos/Media – To save and access uploaded files.
  • SMS & Receive SMS – For auto OTP verification and payment updates.
  • Wi-Fi State – To optimize performance during video consultations.
  • Record Audio – For voice in video consultations.
  • Bluetooth – To use Bluetooth devices during consultations.

15. Severability

If any provision of this Privacy Notice is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or other competent authority, such provision (or part thereof) shall be deemed severed to the extent required. The remaining provisions of this Privacy Notice shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16. AI-Generated Content Policy

Our app uses artificial intelligence (AI) solely to assist in generating product descriptions. We are committed to ensuring responsible use of AI in compliance with Google Play Developer Policies.
Responsible AI Use
• The AI feature does not generate or support restricted content, including but not limited to:
o Content facilitating the exploitation or abuse of children.
o Content that promotes or enables deceptive or harmful behavior.
o Any content that violates Google’s Restricted Content policies.
Moderation & Filtering
• All AI-generated descriptions are subject to moderation.
• Users are encouraged to review and edit any generated content before publishing.
